Preparation
Before using the adhesive the following climatic conditions must be met: Air temperature should be min. 18˚C Floor temperature should be min. 15˚C (with underfloor heating max 20˚C ). The substrate must in general be even, totally dry, clean, free from cracks. The surface should also be slightly textured. The climatic and substrate conditions must be measured with professional tools.
Application
The adhesive consists of two components (resin and hardener) supplied in the correct proportions. Add main resin to the big can, then add the hardener and mix thoroughly using a drilling machine with a stirrer until a uniform colour is achieved. The mixed adhesive should be applied within 30 minutes and it is there for important that the laying must be finished within 30 minutes after the adhesive is speeded. The adhesive should be applied using an appropriate notched trowel to the flooring being laid. The adhesive starts hardening around 50-60 minutes at 20˚C. Under other climatic conditions curing resp. Hardening may be accelerated or delayed. If there is arise humidity, before direct bonding, prime the surface and allow the priming coat to dry completely. In the application process if necessary use thinner to remove the adhesive from the flooring being layer.
